Taking into consideration the limited power provided by small excavators, we have found that diamond tipped blades are the best option. They don't produce dust, there is no vibration and because of the high cutting speed they require relative low power.
Our mudguards rotate around the main hub to give the best protection to the operator and at the same time contain mud and debri.
The rotating stand has been our first improvement. This exclusive innovation makes it very easy to change the fitting position toward the excavator, left to right or right to left.
The FLASHCUT® Machines don't require a case drain because our seals are capable of holding the oil pressure that builds up in the return line of the excavators. Except for the blade, the FLASHCUT® machines require minimum maintenance as a special fluid lubricates all the internal mechanical parts.
